Workforce Development provides specialist programmes, services and resources in the field of Foundation Learning. 

The company has a Foundation Learning Team dedicated to the delivery of high quality foundation training programmes, who are highly qualified and experienced in this field. 

Programmes are designed and tailored to the needs of schools, employers and employees, government agencies and departments. The types of Foundation programmes and services include short courses and national qualifications, STAR and Gateway programmes, vocational tasters and scholarships for High Schools. Other programmes are provided under contract to government agencies, such as Workplace Literacy Services on behalf of the Ministry of Social Development, Straight 2 Work and other career, work and community skills based development programmes.
