Workforce Development is a private training company, which has been serving New Zealand communities, businesses and government departments for over 20 years.
We’ve grown from strength to strength over this time, starting out as a small company in Hawke’s Bay, and building a reputation of providing practical expertise combined with a personal, relaxed and open approach to business.
We are no longer limited to Hawke’s Bay and now provide products and services over a wide regional network to a range of customers and stakeholders.

What We Do
We are about providing opportunities to achieve in all contexts of our business – for our people, our customers and our broader stakeholders. After all, Providing Opportunities to Achieve is our mission.
This can mean a range of things depending on who our customers are and what their specific needs are. This can be providing training and career development opportunities for those who are in school, school leavers, professionals looking to refocus and develop their existing skills, or, providing professional development options for business owners and their staff, and government departments looking to acquire results focused solutions through regional or national contracts.
We see that there is no limit to what we can do. We are open to new opportunities and ideas on providing opportunities for our new and existing customers. Our reach also extends across regional boundaries, so we can be flexible in the way we meet the regional needs of our customers.
